On 13 October 2015, Lambeth Council’s planning committee unanimously approved the plans for the Your New Town Hall project. Although the plans have now been approved, the project team will still continue to engage with residents and the local community as the development progresses.
It is hoped that construction for the Your New Town Hall project will commence early next year. Over the last month (November/December), we have been consulting on a ‘Construction & Environmental Management Plan’ (CEMP) for the triangle site and are currently reviewing the feedback received; all comments will be considered fully by the main contractor (Morgan Sindall) when finalising the Plan.
A report summarising the consultation undertaken, the feedback received and the contractor’s responses to issues raised will be uploaded to this website over the next few weeks.

The Plan will be updated and finalised over the next few weeks and sent to the Council’s planning department for approval. We will be uploading it to this website so please keep checking back to view the final version of the CEMP.
